I am available to chat via phone, texts or emails during the intake process & throughout our time together.

Prenatal Home Visits, Birth Support, Bringing Home Baby Classes & New Grandparent Classes

I offer prenatal home visits where I answer any questions/concerns you may have before giving birth.

I also offer Bringing Home Baby & New Grandparent Classes taught in the comfort of your own home. These classes are designed to help ease any anxiety you may all be feeling before baby arrives. Some of the things I teach are: bathing a newborn, diaper changes and swaddling using my teaching doll, nursery set up, busy box ideas for older sibling, ways to best support a new family unit, tandem feeding for multiples, how to hold a newborn etc.

As of June 2023, I am offering birth support for Mommas who may need or want another person with them in the hospital, at home or in the birthing center.

Although I am not a birth doula, I can provide you with a hand to hold, counter pressure/massage and positive birthing affirmations to keep you focused.

Give Medical Advice

I do not check stitches or give medical advice on the healing of c-section incisions.

I do not diagnoses any infant rashes or skin issues.

I do not diagnose any Perinatal or Postpartum Mood disorders.

All medical questions and concerns will be referred to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Make decisions for you

I will provide you with evidence based education

so that you can always make an informed decision.

Cleaning & Cooking

I do not provide heavy cleaning or cooking. I will support you with light meal prep, snacks and all baby related tasks like baby laundry.

Postpartum Traveling and Special Events

Did you know that I once spent a week in Mont Tremblant supporting one of my amazing families so they could enjoy a skiing vacation together again?

I also supported a Momma on her wedding day! She was able to relax and enjoy her big day knowing her little one was close by and being cared for.

Want to travel but need an extra pair of hands so you can sit back and relax? Going to a special event where you want baby close by but also be hands free?

Hospital or NICU Support

Do you have another little one at home who might be missing you guys? Let me come in and support you after birth so your partner can go get some rest and snuggle your other babies at home.

I am available to support in the NICU as needed so you can rest or have an extra set of experienced hands with you.

Breastfeeding/Bottle Feeding Support

Having trouble figuring out breastfeeding positions, schedules, pumping or need latching support? Maybe you are bottle feeding and need support for pace feeding? Whatever your feeding needs are I can help.

*I will always refer you to a lactation consultant if the issue is out of my scope of practice.
